WIOA + The Public Workforce System
Ensuring customer happiness and seamless center operations.
A New Approach
The federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act is designed to give job-seekers the skills and training they need to successfully enter or re-enter the workforce. TPMA works with communities and states to develop plans outlining how this can be executed. Our team also works with state and local workforce boards to operate virtual and in-person “one-stop” centers, where residents can access education and job training and be connected to job-placement resources.
TPMA offers a fresh, innovative approach to one- stop operator services through local immersion.
Our consultant model assists with implementing the strategic vision of the local workforce development board by focusing on coordinating required partner activities and building relationships with ecosystem partners. We perform the following activities:
- 5Transition Activities
- 5American Job Center Visit
- 5Quarterly Partner Meetings
- 5Quarterly SWOT Reports
- 5Partner Convenings
- 5Leadership & Front-Line Staff Trainings
- 5Best Practice Sharing
- 5Facilitate Agreements
