Mark Gramelspacher

Mark has been helping businesses grow and adapt to the needs of a changing economy for over 30 years. He provides strategic guidance to companies and executives planning all aspects of their futures, from growth in new markets to succession planning to investor agreements. After beginning his career in the practice of litigation and business formation law, he focused on the acquisition, growth, management, and development of small and mid-market businesses.  

He has been instrumental in assisting Indiana entrepreneurs scale emerging businesses, supporting hundreds of new entities over the last decade at Elevate Ventures, Inc. He also helped establish their first industry-specific investment project, the SAM fund, which makes early-stage equity investment in smart and advanced manufacturing technologies. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the formation of more than a dozen start-up operations or acquisitions related to manufacturing and distribution.  

Today, Mark uses his expertise to advise businesses and lawmakers on policy matters that affect business success in the U.S. and around the world. He is dedicated to building successful businesses, communities, and organizations that support economic empowerment for all.
