TPMA has been contracted by Northern Middle Tennessee Workforce Board Inc. to lead the procurement process for selecting a Title I Service Provider. As the contracted entity to lead this procurement process, TPMA serves as a separate and independent outside entity to conduct the competition for the Title I Service Provider. TPMA will review and evaluate all submitted proposals on a scale coordinated and agreed upon by the Northern Middle Workforce Board with guidance from the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Based on its evaluation, TPMA will submit its selection, a description of the selection process, and scoring justification to the Boards for approval.
